• Structural Integrity: If there is a major structural failure, we fix it.
• Precision Grading: We guarantee proper drainage. If you experience water ponding deeper than 3/32" (the thickness of a quarter), we will rectify it.
• Proactive Solutions: We identify and address underlying site issues before the asphalt or concrete is poured to ensure a lasting finish.

Note: Our warranty covers standard use. For example, if a surface wasn't designed for heavy machinery and a crane is parked on it, resulting damage is not covered.

To maintain the highest standards of service, please note that our warranty does not extend to defects caused by:

1. Customer Neglect: Damage resulting from abuse or lack of reasonable maintenance.
2. Environmental Factors: Earth movement, expansive soil, landscape drainage shifts, or "Acts of God."
3. Specific Material Reactions: Alkali-Silica Reaction (A.S.R.) or natural color variances.
4. Existing Conditions: Cracks treated during resurfacing (as these may reappear due to sub-base movement).
5. Minor Imperfections: Hairline cracks, slight surface variances, or damage from frost, freeze, and salt.
